The Branch Out Neurological Foundation is a registered Canadian charity with a mission to accelerate neuroscience for brains at their best. We provide grant funding to researchers at universities across Canada who are pursuing technological solutions and non-pharmaceutical approaches to treat and prevent all forms of neurological conditions. We’re all about entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and ‘branching out’ to discover incredible solutions for those struggling with neurological conditions.

Branch Out Brain Health Challenge
Work together on fun activities that will get you thinking about themes and words around neurological disorders!

Email us (at hello@branchoutfoundation.com) when you’ve finished all tasks, and receive your point!
Minimum 2 employees, maximum 6. No cost.
Option 1: Make a high impact donation. Minimum $500 for the company.
Branch Out fundraises to support a wide variety of research into neurological disorders. A high impact donation would allow us to provide a significant amount of funding to one research project.
- Bronze ($500) - Have your company’s name and logo listed on our website as a supporter of Branch Out.
- Silver ($1,000) - Choose a particular neurological disorder that is important to you, and we will try our best to allocate your donation to a research project that aligns with it (depending on the applications received this year). Plus, you’ll receive the bronze tier reward!
- Gold ($2,000) - We will create a Branch Out Impact Grant in your company’s name. The Impact Grant helps get research outside of the lab, and into the community where it can make a real impact. These grants are awarded year-round and can have a value of up to $2,000. We’ll also write up a news feature on the Impact Grant, which will mention your company and include your logo.

Tax receipts are automatic if the donation is made online. With a cheque, they will be emailed or mailed back to the sender.
Option 2: Branch Out Bike Tour 2024
The Branch Out Bike Tour is our largest annual fundraising event, helping raise over $3.5M for neurological research. It attracts over 300 riders of all levels, 50 volunteers and over 30 sponsors. The event is located in Panorama, BC on June 7-9 2024.
SIGN UP a minimum of 3 people as a volunteer or rider to receive this point along with having an incredible weekend!!
The Branch Out Bike Tour is more than just a ride. It’s a weekend that brings together a community and celebrates YOU, our incredible donors and supporters. We cherish this annual getaway to escape to the mountains, sweat and let loose with our favourite humans for a great cause.
