A schedule of dates and times for each event will be confirmed after event registration closes (mid-July).
Usually we open registration in October and offer Early Bird prices until January 31. From February on, regular registration will remain open until we reach capacity or until March 31.
If you are interested in registering past the March 31st deadline, please reach out directly to us at info@calgarycorporatechallenge.com!
We only have the capacity to accept 25-30 new-to-CCC companies each year, so act fast!
The companies that take part in our events come from a range of industries, are both public and private, and range in size from 6 employees all the way up to 14,000 plus – we don’t discriminate.
CCC is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all participants and we expect our members to do the same. Teams should be including/inviting all interested employees regardless of background, skill, gender identity/expression, etc.
All CCC Events are mixed gender. This means that a minimum of 2 genders must be represented on the field of play at all times (unless otherwise stated). Ideally, any one gender will not represent more than 55% of your company’s total participation count.
Each company will need to fulfill one volunteer shift. Company Volunteers do not need to be employees. Friends and family members (over the age of 18) can also represent the company as a volunteer.
Shift assignments will be sent out by mid- August, with the information about when and where your company's shift will take place as well as the Volunteer Role you are assigned. If you are interested in volunteering on behalf of your company, please contact your Company Captain for more information.
Learn more about your volunteer role here.
