We’ll give you a shout-out whenever we get the chance. That includes at CCC events, on our website, social media and in our monthly newsletter. We can also discuss other opportunities to recognize your sponsorship – we’re great like that.
A lot of people check out our September Games – over 10,000 employees and another 1000 volunteers – so you’ll get plenty of eyes on your brand. We work closely with our sponsors to understand your objectives and develop activation strategies that work for you.
We know that any sponsorship decision is based on the return on investment. In the nonprofit world, ROI can be calculated many different ways – so we worked hard to figure out the best ways to track sponsorship ROI. A lot of fancy maths later, we can track statistics and demographics from September Games participants. With this system, we can help you target specific groups within our events and provide a post-event report detailing who you reached. Upshot? We can prove our value.
CREATIVE APPROVAL AND OPPORTUNITY
Your brand is important to you – we get it (and we like you for it!). CCC will work with your marketing team to discuss all facets of your creative featured at CCC events. We’ll get this right for you – don’t worry.
As a sponsor, you are a valued partner and stakeholder. The CCC team will communicate transparently about the entire sponsorship process. We’ll also be there to answer any questions you have. Overall, we want to go above and beyond in promoting and engaging with our sponsors. If that includes meeting over nachos, even better.
We want to work with as many awesome sponsors as possible, which is why we have four different levels to choose from:
Corporate-level sponsors are tied in with everything that CCC does in the community, year-round.
This level is reserved for CCC's major event sponsors. These events are CCC's most highly attended events and/or run over multiple days.
This level is reserved for companies looking to sponsor one of CCC's smaller-scale and/or single-day events.
This level caters to supplier-level relationships with local companies and venues.
